Footpath needs an urgent resurfacing

The extremely uneven footpath surface here on a route to and from Poplar Primary School has deteriorated to the extent that walking is dangerous and scooting is now impossible. My child fell off of her scooter here recently and injured herself. Ponding in wet weather here is also a big issue.
