Abandoned trolley

This broken post office trolley (missing a wheel) has been in this area for months. I’ve reported it to the PO, and it disappeared for a while. It’s now reappeared, is pushed around mostly late at night, and is now blocking a passing place. It is definitely not in use; it’s a hazard - particularly when it was in the alleyway connecting Watery Lane with Sheridan Rd last week it’s now a nuisance to traffic and unsightly.
