Uneven pavement, trip hazard

Reported via desktop in the Damaged Footway category anonymously at 10:06, Thursday 13 March 2025

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1196364-S8P7S0.

I'm a resident of Ipswich Road. My son, age 6, goes to Link Primary school and this morning he tripped over uneven pavement when I was taking him to school. This is not the first time this happened. The pavement slab sticks out and is not level and is a trip hazard. I ask you to please rectify this a soon as possible. I have marked on the plan where it happened but the pavement on Ipswich Road is generally very bad and there are may trip hazard because of the pavement slabs have moved over time and is uneven and some stick out. I urged you to review and fix these as soon as possible. There a lot of you you children who using the pavement and there may be a serious accident one day if it is not fixed. Thank you.
