  • Whilst Merton has closed this item within minutes of receiving it by rejection, the issue remains. One of the actions Merton say in the website is that if it seems not to be the Council"s direct responsibility that it will direct it to another department. Surely Merton doesn't want to allow general tipping of waste right next to a public facility like a bus stop. This is a busy stop used by many school kids. It very unpleasant. It would be great if the council led by example in making sure that, or whoever is responsible, clear this up.
