Pedestrians and school children not being able to crossroad safely

I am a mother along with many other mothers and fathers that have to cross from the gate of Morden Hall Park on Morden Road to in our case Park Academy School, but many runners and dog walkers that live on the side of the school also need to cross the road... It is very dangerous for children and adults to have to judge when to run across to the middle island and do the same again to get across. I am writing to request a zebra crossing to be put at the island that is already in place a bit further down from the school towards Morden, so we all can safely cross Morden Road to our homes, and School.
