Trailer obstructing the Road and dangerous

The Trailer on the road in North Road approx 40 metres from junction with Haydons Road, has been there for over a year, it restricts and blocks driving on left hand side of the road, drivers constantly have to go across wrong side of road to pass whilst other vehicles driving on correct side of road are passing. It is causing a dangerous obstruction.

  • Last week I walked past the obstruction and saw a sign on it giving the owner 24 hours to remove it from date on the ticket (however there was definitely no date shown) and that it was deemed abandoned or register that they are the owner ? 2 days later I saw the obstruction without the sticker on it. Please can you re-attach sticker and suggest person attaching it, takes picture of obstruction and sticker (and date). Thereafter if sticker removed, can it be removed anyway ?
