Loose Drain / Manhole Cover Making Loud Noise

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1197566-F3C7X6.

There is a loose manhole / Thames Water cover right opposite 198 Kingston Road. This loose cover makes a very loud clinking noise as the cover is loose. We would ask that this cover be relocated and the area paved over so the noise is eliminated in front of the residences on this road. Alternatively would ask that it be repaired and sealed such that it no longer makes this noise.
