Rubbish, cigarette butts and weeds all over the street

The littering situation has got even worse since the Thames Water road works has started on Bakers End. There are cigarette butts all over the bend in the street and litter all over the grass verge with weeds on all edges of the street down the whole road. 2 empty bottles of wine were left in the street a few days ago! It really looks awful, Thames Water are packing up the road works today and I expect a big clean up will need to be done after their work too as the road has been very dirty and damaged.
