White paint was recently spilled on the road and is now dry

Someone recently dropped a bag containing a tin of white paint (or it fell off a lorry) on the road in front of no. 26. The tin burst and while I disposed of what I could, some paint spilled on the road. This unsightly white paint should be removed.
