Speeding vehicles

Child was almost hit yesterday by speeding delivery van. Vans speed up this dead end to make delivery and mount the pavement at speed whilst pedestrians are walking on the pavement. Most vans don’t adhere to the limit especially the delivery vehicles. Issue has been ongoing a few years. Could we please get some sleeping policemen speed bumps to help calm traffic and make the road safer?
