Historic incompetence by Veolia, Merton Council, MP and Councillors to not effectively deal with 11 years of fly tipping at this specific location.

Rubbish isn't cleared in a timely fashion and attracts additional fly tips.

No purple bags in sight.

Still happening after Merton Council decided to remove the bins, as they were blamed for attracting the fly tips.

Significant fly tips all across Graveney Ward, as happens every day of the week for the last 11 years.
