I am writing to raise an urgent health and safety concern regarding the tree in our garden. This has been an ongoing issue that we have previously reported, and unfortunately, it continues to pose a risk. As shown in the attached photo, logs are still falling into the garden area, which is hazardous. Please inform the relevant team or responsible personnel as soon as possible. The tree will require treatment from within our garden—not from the outside—as the issue is internal to the premises. This week is half-term, and the padlock to the garden has been removed to allow access for any necessary work. To enter the garden, they will only need to use the latch from the outside gate and pull—it should open easily. We will be reopening the nursery to all children on Wednesday, 23rd April 2025 at 9:00 AM, and we hope the issue can be resolved before then.
