The street tree outside number 18/20 Normanton Avenue needs urgent pollarding / pruning. It falls within the council's responsibility to keep street trees from damaging nearby homes, and interfering with wires. The branches of this excessively large tree are also touching both properties. It is significantly larger than any other tree on the street and needs urgent pollarding.
