VW camper van dumped on private land for 10 months, this is blocking people reversing out of their driveways safely and woudl impede emergncy vehicles. The addess is Tyrrell Square Western Road Mitcham Surrey CR4 3SD We have placed a TORT notice which has now run out, please can you help move thsi vehicle.
