Hello. A very large deck chair has been left on the green in Neath gardens. It’s been there since Sunday in the rain (no one gas taken it in) and looks untidy. Some neighbours and I are keen it be removed because we don’t want it to attract people in the evenings as it gets warmer. Thank you.
