This litter bin by a very busy bus stop is regularly full and overflowing with all sorts of litter, household waste, food, bottles and dog poop bags. How often is it emptied and when? Can you change the bin for one with a lid please. It is not the responsibility of the staff who work at Wimbledon Hill Park to empty it.
