Broken glass (smashed wine bottles) on pavement

Some wine bottles, including a particularly smashed up one which has left shards of glass all over the pavement, have appeared outside 52 Norman Road. I’m concerned for the high number of people and animals who walk in this area and the danger these shards of glass present to them
