Wheelie bins on pavement & pallets in road at 290 Coombe Lane

While walking the dog this morning I noticed Wheelie bins & other items have been left on the pavement and pallets of building materials have been left in the road at 290 Coombe Lane. The wheelie bins etc are blocking the pavement and pallets are a danger to all road users
