Water leak in road

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1212403-C9B1Q2.

Constant slow water leak from under the road surface.At edge of road heading east-west direction. Creates slippery surface, and ice in winter. Has been like this for at least 2 years! Have also reported to Thames Water several times, who have not done anything.
