Non London Fire Brigade Padlock on Rising Bollard

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1212470-D1M1X2.

The LFB attended Castleton Road and were unable to gain access due to a non LFB padlock fitted to the Rising Bollard in the center. Please can this be replaced as soon as possible.
