We have an extra blue recycling bin: can it be taken away?

A few months ago both our small green (55l) recycling bins were stolen. I requested new bins but made the mistake of requesting the large Blue lid paper and cardboard bin (180L) (I got mixed up with the sizes). We now have two large blue bins: can one be taken back? Kind regards 17 Raymond Road
