Illegally placed _ Skip_ hazardous position_

Dear Morden Council Highways Department,

I am writing to report a recurring and dangerous obstruction on Bruton Road. For several weeks now, a skip has been illegally placed, blocking approximately half of the double yellow lined road entrance. This significantly reduces visibility and poses a serious hazard to drivers entering and exiting Bruton Road.

While the skip has been moved at the time of writing, this illegal placement happens weekly, and the skip is often stored overnight in the same hazardous position. I understand that residents of Central Road are renting this skip and appear to be responsible for its repeated illegal placement.
