This tree drops loads and loads of sticky sap all over the pavement and my path and my neighbours path. It gets dangerously slippy when wet (my neighbour is in her 80s). I think it is dangerous for us and passersby. It also makes everything else sticky, such as my bins in my front garden, my wall, my gate. And risks damaging the paintwork of cars. People choose not to park under it meaning we have one less space in the road. All the other trees in the road and nearby are different. This one seems to me to be unsuitable as a pavement tree.
