Damaging drive and the grass walk way

People keep parking over the drive and damaging it.. also the grass area is getting ruined.. I now have a pothole next to my driveway on the grass so when you come off the drive and the car hits it. Council came round and put wooden posts at the bottom of the road but haven’t done ours! I have complained a few times and haven’t heard from anyone
