Pavement blocked again

Can we please have some bollards installed on this pavement? It is constantly blocked by cars since the new lines were painted. Can it be assessed about how many tickets have been submitted reporting it being blocked and if this now can be escalated for a real solution? The cars mount the curb and park or leave whilst we are walking, it’s plain dangerous at this point let alone inaccessible.
