Overgrown Tree

The tree branches are overgrown and hanging down in the road obstructing the parking space. The tree needs to be pruned back as has become very overgrown and tall. This tree is on the street outside 118 & 120 Durham Road. I noticed one of the trees on Durham road was pruned back but only one of the trees when all of them need doing.
