Outside 231 West Barnes Lane KT3 - West footway lamp post - (displaying) ADVANCED WARNING SIGN - advising forthcoming traffic - 7 foot Width Restriction ahead. (Approaching Crossway) - has been twisted from correctly facing oncoming traffic (to being total obscured.facing the house.
