Dying street tree needs urgent attendance

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1222234-X7S5S2.

A street tree planted last year, and so in need of regular watering by Merton, looks like it's under heavy stress or already dead. Please could it be looked into, and if necessary replaced.
