Huge tree blocking sunlight into my home.

The tree outside my home is blocking sunlight, I have to turn lights on at 3/4pm on a lovely sunny day because of having zero light coming into my house. The tree is also situated so close to my property and recently I’ve had to have repairs to cracking in my walls and I need to see if it’s 10 meters away because this could affect the foundations and cause problems. I need someone to come and inspect it as it’s not maintained or trimmed. Every year it blocks my gutters causing mould in my son’s bedroom where it’s not easy for me to get up to the guttering because the leaves just constantly come off and debris blocks it. I have no issue with the tree but given how close it is and the fact we have no natural light it’s not fair. It significantly impacts the natural daylight I have. And could be the main reason for all the cracks in my home.
