Seaforth Avenue road surface

I've lived here for 25 years, and the road has been dug up and patched so many times that it's got many bumps, scrapes, dips, and cracks. Arthur Road was recently entirely resurfaced, and I think Seaforth Avenue could also benefit from that treatment.

I particularly notice it on the bend in the road, there's a number of cracks that must be dodged when on my bike.
