Missing bollard

There used to be a bollard in the middle of the road, that would prevent traffic coming through. This was removed at some point as Thames Water was carrying works on the area. It was not put back when the works were completed and the road is now heavily used by careless drivers speeding in form of a nursery. There is little doubt an accident will happen one day if the bollard is not put back in place.
