Too many leaves around 11 Plough lane. Theres no sweeping done

The area around 11 Plough Lane is disappointing. The dried leaves on the ground need sweeping and disposing if. The area looks messy. The trees never get looked after. In fact the whole of Plough Lane doesn't get swept. Weeds keeping growing along the roads. Why do we have to report this?? Dont you have supervisors who are out in the field to find out what needs doing? Please fix these issues. Thank.you
