Plastic bags and pile of rubbish

In area behind Mill stone in Ravensbury Park there is big accumulation of rubbish. There is no bin anywhere near and two benches that are regularly occupied by groups of people. I'm m regularly reporting this area. The nearest entrance is Morden Road and Ravensbury Grove is fairly close. A collection van could easily drive here through the park and it should be a regular area in the collection cycle.
