Overgrown trees and hedges - cant walk on footway

There are several trees and overgrown hedges encroaching the footway which means I and others need to walk in the carriageway (road) to continue my journey. There are several locations on the road as well as parking vehicles half on the footway. In addition at the junction there is an overgrown hedge covering a utility cabinet. Please could this be actioned and I be notified when it is planned please. Could you let me know when this was last trimmed?
