A motorcycle under a cover is padlocked to a lamp post at the end of Blenheim Road near to the entrance to the footpath to Westway. The land on which it is placed is private and the responsibility of the owner of the maisonette land. It has been in place on the path for about 6 months. It is doubtful whether the motorcycle can be placed on a path of this private land
