Havelock Rd twds Plough Lane

Who does one have to bribe to finally get Havelock Rd cleaned?? It hasn’t been in such a state in a long time, even with Veolia and the druggies around. Whilst plastic bottles around lime bikes have been taken away eventually after my last reporting, the rest of Havelock has just left to be littered (along kerb on other side of pavement) and the pavement itself which hasn’t been swept in ages and full of leaves, mud and more litter. Also a tree blocking of the pavement. Needs sorting, it’s an embarrassment!
