Speed bump hardly visible & signs facing pavement not drivers

The speed bump is clearly lost marking (must be over 6mts) and all drivers going at over 20 speed causing nusiance specially when drivers dont see the hump & a) causing damage to their car B) causing local residents a big bang notice when the front of their car jumps and touches the road

Clearly the red sign is facing in wrong direction both sides and as council rates payer we should not be living with such noise around us, specially with kids who has ADHD in house like mine.

I would suggest removing the hump all together as its not adding any use; in order for drivers not claiming against council Thanks
