Dear sirs,

On receipt of your email this morning suggesting completiin of dwlivery, I've just checked my porch and post and these have not been delivered or if they have, must have been left outide and someone else has nicked them. Please can you deliver again as still not received.

  • Dear Merton,

    Please advise as we are now completely out of purple recycling bags. Our last one will go out tomorrow. Please can we get a job lot assigned and delivered and addressed to us so that is not taken by anyone else as soon as possible. With regards to rubbish collection in the interim is there any bag we can use which will mean the recyclable rubbish is sent to recycling or will it all be thrown into general refuse?
