Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1238324-K3D3P0.

The blue lid recycling wheelie bin outside 27 Hyde Walk is over flowing with waste/rubbish which is smelling very badly and flys are swarming over it. Can the resident please be told to put her rubbish and recycling in the correct bins.

  • Bins outside 27 Hyde Walk Need to be emptied. The resident there needs to be told not to put ordinary waste and food in the paper/cardboard bin. It's overflowing and badly smells, with swarms of flies on it.
