Discarded fencing dumped in access passageway

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1239950-C2F8W3.

There is an common access passageway to the rear gardens of Clarence and Effra roads, accessed via door alongside 33 Clarence. Someone from either Clarence or Effra terrace row has dumped large old fencing units (4) when they replaced them with new. They are a significant obstruction to right of way.
