Speed hump incorrectly modified and now damaging road surface and vehicles

The speed hump outside no’s 84 and 86 Dundonald Road was recently renovated. However, I believe the contractor has misjudged the size resulting in non-speeding vehicles hitting the flat road surface. This is damaging both vehicles and the road surface on both sides of the hump. The road scraping is also causing noise pollution 24 hours a day. This has been happening for approx. 3 months. Thank you
