A small boat/jet ski on a trailer parked on private area but with part of the trailer that would be connected to a vehicle, is protruding halfway across the footway. The trailer has an index plate YA 55 HDV. The vehicle does not appear to be around. In addition it is blocking a garage re car exit/access.
