Abandoned crash damaged Range Rover, registration plates removed

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1250303-M4M3D6.

Vehicle was dumped yesterday. Navy Range Rover, registration plates removed, significant crash damage. Left broken glass on floor (I've removed most of it), the bodywork and glass damage is potentially dangerous and illegally parked on road with no plates.
