Pavement has sunk (massively dipped) in the middle of the road opposite No.99 Turle Road SW16. This is causing some vehicles to scrape the road surface and has damaged the tarmac with a hole which will get bigger as more vehicles scrape over it. The pavement and the damaged tarmac hole needs to be repaired.
