Cherry tree is leaning dangerously

This tree has started leaning strongly - I am worried that it might come down in the autumn winds, possibly causing damage to cars, neightbouring houses or even pedestrians. Could it please either be pollarded strongly to reduce the wind loads on the trunk, or removed.
