West Barnes Lane - multiple union jack flags on lamposts and street furniture

Multiple union jack flags have appeared all around the shops area of Motspur Park. These imply a right-wing racist and offensive nature in this area which I think is hideous and not representative of most people here. If people want to display flags let them do it in their own gardens and not hijack the street. Please can the council remove these asap.
