The resident of Flat 4, 84 Queens Road fly-tipped a duvet and lots of other rubbish at the corner of Queens Road and Craven Garden pavement. It has been torn apart and scatted around on the Craven Garden pavement. One of the rubbish is a parcel package addressed to Binny
