Flags on Quicks Road

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1254288-C4Y0S5.

Flags have been attached to streetlights and poles in the street, ugly and embarrassing. Was done during the night. Posing risk with the high winds. Shame the people that put them up couldn’t put their time to better use instead like volunteering or street cleaning. Not very patriotic.
