Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1254831-J0Q3J0.

"We clear most fly-tips from public streets and pavements within 24 hours of them being reported. Some may take longer if we need specialist equipment or if our enforcement team is investigating. If there is more than one item in the fly-tip, we may clear it in two stages up to two working days apart. If you report weeds on a street, we will use the information to help plan our regular weeding work. We treat weeds on all public streets and pavement three times a year, usually in spring, summer and early autumn. We aim to deal with reports of litter in parks within 24 hours. Some may take longer if we need specialist equipment. We clear most fly-tips from parks within 48 hours of them being reported. Some may take longer if we need specialist equipment, or if our enforcement team is investigating."
