I reported this previously on Fix my street and the message said it is on private property but surely this is a council owned/run park ? Why has the rubbish bin been completely removed from the park - where are you meant to put your rubbish or dog poo? Please don't send me a report saying it is on private property.

The litter bin has not been returned. I just keep getting messages about fly tipping will be removed but it is the bin that has been removed. The system seems like it is auto generated and I would like to speak to a person about this issue. Many thanks.
